At TymelyMatters, we take pride in the quality and care of our handmade products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


All Sales Are Final

  • All purchases made through TymelyMatters are final sale.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Preference in scent, texture, or appearance

    • Variations due to handmade production

    • Delays caused by shipping carriers

    • Incorrect address provided at checkout


Refund Exceptions (Our Error Only)

Refunds will only be issued if there was an error on our end, such as:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged due to packaging issues


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date

  • Email support@tymelymatters.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

    • Photos of the original packaging (if applicable)

Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.


Refund Review Process

  • All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow several business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
