How long will it be before my order ships?

Our processing time is 3-5 days excluding holidays and weekends. Products are made to order.

When will I receive my package's tracking details? How do I track my package?

Downloading the "Shop" app and creating an account is the most convenient method. This application automatically adds your orders to your shop account and sends you updates. Please allow 24-48 hours after your item has been fulfilled to receive tracking information.

If you prefer to track your order through the carrier instead. You can use the email-sent tracking number to trace your package on the USPS website.

What caused the cancellation of my order?

Multiple causes will cause our team to cancel your order.

If your order indicates a significant risk of fraud, our team will cancel it. If you have any concerns, you must contact your bank.

What should I do if my product develops mold? Is a refund possible?

Please follow all product instructions. Some goods have strong instructions against adding water. Before adding or modifying, we advise that you review the instructions for our goods. The product must be discarded promptly if it develops mold.  If you received a molded goods, you must submit proof to our email address within 48 hours of the delivery date.

The products and packaging are damaged. What am I to do?

You must file a claim with the shipper. All products are packaged safely.

My order has been lost or stolen. What options do I have available?

You must contact the shipping company. We cannot be held accountable for missing or stolen packages.

Can I modify my address after placing an order?

Yes, it is possible to update your address. You must contact us via email at

What ingredients do our products contain?

Our goods contain only natural and organic oils, and herbs.  The majority of our goods contain components derived from nuts.

How do I manage my account?

You must first register for an account with us. You may then personalize your account from there.

Is an account required to place an order?

No, creating an account is not required to make a purchase.

How long does it take to receive an email response?

You will receive a response within 24 to 48 hours. We don't respond on weekends. Our business days and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (EST).

Where can I store my products?

Please keep items in a cool and dry location. They should not be exposed to direct sunshine or heat.

My product has melted. What should I do?

You can refrigerate your products if they have melted.

If the result has a gritty texture, heat the butter until it is completely melted. We suggest a water bath. After the butter has completely melted, refrigerate it.

Can I receive a refund if I don't like the item?

We apologize that you are unhappy with our product. We cannot offer a refund at this time if you dislike a product. Please read the product descriptions and ingredients carefully before purchasing.

Is Tymely Matters approved by the FDA?

No, the Food and Drug Administration has not assessed Timely Matters. The purpose of this product is not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
